I am Fat Smashing, have been on a diet since 16- love this one so far. My friend and I are doing this together. She found this website from a friend for recipes. I made oatmeal cookies tonight that totally went with the diet and filled me up.

Welcome JC I'm restarting Phase 1 on MON I'll probably be posting on Fat Smashers forum come join us I'm new too! I've been on Phase 1 before and liked it so I'm doing it again! I have 20lbs to lose at least!!There are a lot of caring people on these forums.
