Default Hi all! Newbie here...

Hello eveyone!

I am a 19 year old student from Brisbane, Australia. For the most part I eat quite well for main meals, but I am prone to (serious) snacking bewteen meals and generally gorging myself while studying. I don't even like the junk food I gorge on, I would much rather eat a bowl of vegies but I'm too lazy too cook. I walk a lot, and I enjoy running, but I have trouble sticking to anything. And I can procrastinate like no one else...

I have never tried any sort of support group before, and this group seems very friendly and supportive, so maybe this will help me keep on track.

Sounds like you're already active & eating some healthy foods which is great!!! We can all overdo it, even on healthier foods, so I understand. Preparation ahead of time is key. Planning planning planning for our meals AND our snacks.

You may want to start by simply tracking everything you eat to calculate how many calories you're getting. This may help you cut out some junk or add in healthier fruits & veggies
