Sounds like you're already active & eating some healthy foods which is great!!! We can all overdo it, even on healthier foods, so I understand. Preparation ahead of time is key. Planning planning planning for our meals AND our snacks.
You may want to start by simply tracking everything you eat to calculate how many calories you're getting. This may help you cut out some junk or add in healthier fruits & veggies
