Hello. I'm new, obviously. I've joined here a few times in the past, but disappeared each time. But I'm hoping to stick around this time, because I really need all the support I can get.
I'm 21 years old, 5'4", weigh 282 pounds and my goal weight is 130. I've been on a "diet" for one week now, and have lost 2 pounds. Now that I've made a
small dent in my overall goal, I'm starting to really believe I can do this. Now to just keep going...
