Hi all! The pounds sure do creep up on you, don't they? The older I've gotten the harder it is to make'em go away. This looks like a great board for info and support.

LOL, yep! the pounds seem to wait around the corner and pounce onto you when you least expect them :P

I wish they'd stop attaching at about hip level
