This looks like one fantastic forum and I don't think I've scratched the surface yet
I'm Nora, 28 and mother of two and wife to one. I've got a good 55 pounds to shed and have a personal lifestyle plan currently under construction. It's your basic 5-6 small meals/snacks per day making good food choices and exercising daily...I'm sure I'll have tweaking to do but since I just started today I have to see how this does first!
My younger son also just started walking today, which has absolutely nothing to do with dieting unless you count the extra calories I'll be burning now that I have two toddlers to run after instead of just one. I just wanted to brag because I'm so proud of him!
