First Congrats On Your Loss. Wishing You Continued Success. I Call The Problem "being A Carboholid". I Can Only Say There Are Lots Of Books On That And You Can Research Your Local Library. Some Libraries Even "borrow" From Others And Lend Them To You. You Need To Stay Strong And Just Tell Yourself "no>
Good Luck. There Is A Lot Of Info On This Site That Will Also Help You On Your Way!

Hi. Welcome and glad u joined in. You have done extremely well losing!! I know the pain of yo-yo'ing. I'm on day 49 of being on my plan right now. Feels good. I was at 277 3 yrs ago, lost down to 198. Gained back some and now am back 'down' to 220. Planning to get to Onederland by Jan.1! And never coming back to the 200s! LOL.

I wish you Good Determination. Luck isn't needed. You CAN do this. I'm on the Blue team of our Biggest Loser competition on here and I can tell you that posting on a thread where you get to know the people who are also struggling will be a wonderful thing for you. People are here to support you, choose a thread you like (either the Volumetrics thread or an exercise thread where you post the minutes you do per day, etc.) and post every day. It helps immensely.

Bye for now, Hugs! Selina
