hi all. am new to this site. could do with some support. i want to lose about 5olbs. i am overweight. got weighed on thursday at my doctor's and had a shock of my life. my BMI is 37.5............................ that's really bad. please can i make some friends and lose weight together with you guys. thanks.

hi susan. thanks for welcoming me. i am on a calorie controlled diet and on 1200-1400 calories a day. and i go jogging every day for half and hour. i drink plenty of water about 3L a day. and my GP prescribed me xenical tablets which i started 7 days ago and i been takin it 3 times a day. i can feel my clothes a bit loose. but i hav got a long way to go yet. i could do with all encouragement and support i can get...
