Hi All , My name is Veronica , I am 29 and currently 195 pounds , I am looking to drop to roughly 150-155 and would love to find some support and make new friends to take this journey with! looking forward to meeting everyone!

Yes, congrats on the 35 lost! Thats a great accomplishment and you are WELL on your way to meeting goal.

Thanks guys , yeah , I have been watching portion control and journaling my food intake however it has slacked WAY off and I have actaully gained , I was 175 now at 195...
