New, but not new to fat loss
Hi! I'm Loretta and I joined this site today after realizing I'm at the weight I always get to and get 'comfortable' and start back on the climb up. It's been a year since my fat loss journey started - little under a pound a week - so I'm trying to stay healthy and focus on fitness, not necessarily getting into a bikini. I'm 33 with two kids. I'm over that, really. :P
But anyway, I'm hoping to find a community of people with similar interests and goals and a support forum to vent my frustrations and offer my assistance anyway that I can.

Glad you found the site! Everyone here is terrific, just poke around and find the group here that you feel the most connection with. Good luck and congratulations on the 41 pounds lost!!!!
