Hi!
My name is Elizabeth and I have joined this forum in hopes of finding helpful people and support. I have struggled with my weight since I was a young girl and have been clinically morbidly obese since I was about 14. I am currently 22 and wanting to get down to a healthy weight because I can't pretend to be happy with me anymore in my current state.
I first came across this site while looking up Nutrisystem reviews. The review addressed the issue I had with Nutrisystem. My current lifestyle change is to eat 5 meals a day of 250 calories, drink water (only because the artificial chemical in artificial sweeteners cause a rash in my face and make me ill) and walk 30 minutes a day.
If anyone has more suggestions or advice please get a hold of me!
