So I'm obviously a newbie here, as evidenced by my lack of posts. I'm 17, and after my BMI got into the "overweight at-risk" category I decided that enough is enough. This looks like a great forum to be on, guys! See you around.

And yeah, I'm trying to lose weight AND exercise more...I always feel better when I exercise regularly.
