Hi All!
I am just starting my weight loss program today. I am going to use the calorie counting method. After gaining 55+ pounds during pregnancy two years ago, I never lost the weight (and actually gained a few more!) My goal is to lose the 50 pounds before getting pregnant with baby number 2, and then NOT getting myself into the same weight gain predicament.
I am using the calorie counting method- starting out at about 1500 cals, doing cardio for 45 mins- 1 hour 4x a week.
50 pounds to go.....I guess you have to start somewhere.....
