I'm so happy to join here. I'm hoping to find lots of support and motivation and provide the same. I am 38, about 5'8" and currently weigh in a 198. I need to lose about 40lbs to get back to a healthy range. I did it once before by going off antidepressant meds but had to start taking them again and the weight returned. Hopefully I'll be successful once again.
Welcome. Maybe all the exercise you will do will help wean you off the meds if your depression is not severe. Extra endorphins help! Do you have a plan yet? I started with no real idea of what I was doing and have had less success than those with a plan right from the get go. Just a suggestion to get you started in the right direction!
