My name is Jennifer and I'm tired of being fat!
I've been on a variety of diets with varying degrees of success (50 pounds on Body for Life, 40 on Atkins, 15 on Cabbage Soup), but I can't stick to any of my previous diet plans. I'm on day 3 of the Sonoma diet and am LOVING it. A lot of planning and cooking, but it's worth it!
I teach ballroom dancing and ride my arabian horse (Molly) in dressage. For both, I really need to be fitter! I'm currently a size 20 and if I get to a 16 I'll be pretty happy although 14 would be even better. If I'm never a barbie again I can live with that, I just want to be a more reasonable size.
