I started off the same height and only 5 lbs less than you...and its not a fun place to be. Good for you in deciding once and for all to become the healthiest you that you can be.
Keep posting. We have the 100 lb club, which consists of people with more than 100 lbs to lose, as well as a club of people who are/were over 300 lbs...both would be great places to start and get advice. Or you can just post wherever - look around and find a spot that feels right, and keep going! We look forward to getting to know you!
