I am new to the forum but not new to low-carb. I've done low-carb off and on for 3 years... fell off a couple months ago... recently tried Weight Watchers, that last 2 whole weeks and I completely fell off. I loved the idea of WW and being able to eat what I want but without food restrictions... I went nuts. I need more structure and low carb is the only one that has worked for me.... so here I go again!!! I follow the Curves Diet plan... I don't go to Curves just follow the diet plan...
