Default Hi everyone

I'm new to the forum, but not to dieting

However, things are different now as I have diabetes and I have had to change my whole way of eating.

I saw a dietitian on May 1, and as of June1st I lost 10.5 lbs

I have a long way to go with a goal of 70more lbs to lose, is it really possible to continue to lose 10lbs a month? or is that wishful thinking. I am afraid of reaching a plateau and getting 'stuck'

Onthe bright side I am feeling pretty good, exercising every day and I have more energy then I have had in years.

Just wanted to say hi!

Are you aware that there is a forum under 'support forums' called 'dieting with obstacles'? One of the sub forums is 'diabetes support'.

Good luck and welcome!
