Hello everyone! I've checking out 3FC for a while now, off and on for a few months and I've finally decided to try it out.
For the last few months I've enjoyed reading all the inspirational stories and seeing all the amazing before and after photos. I was having one of my really bad days lastnght, yes I'm a late night food lover, lol. It's funny because during the day I am fine. I was still up thinking about food @ 3 am this morning so I decided to take my mind off food by looking at some before and after pics on 3FC. It worked, like it usually does.
So, now here I am ready to do something about my weight. Not sure how yet, but I'm hoping that joining 3FC will be of some help.

Thanx Christine! Wow, you've lost a lot of weight so far, almost @ your goal weight. How did you do it and what helped you the most? I too am just a young lady , 26 to be exact. I still have so many years ahead of me and I don't want to be this huge all the way.
