Red face Losing it alone, looking for friends
I am new at this site but not new at battling with my weight. I am hoping a support group will be just what i need to get on track.

Welcome! I'm new here too - just joined this week.

I also have been battling weight issues for many years. Are you on a specific program? I'm trying to do WW from home with support from this website. I've been to WW three other times so I think I know the program well enough - it's the support that I need.

hey I would love to help out. I also want to lose some weight. About 40lbs by the end ofthe summer but a total of 80lbs!

Hi i just joined too this week and everyone's so lovely. Its funny how just knowing that support is there helps you keep that little bit more on track.

I'm currently at WW it's nice and easy to follow and sommat i think i can live with when i eventually do reach my goal weight...which is what it's all about really isnt it?!

Thank you for responding. Support is the one thing I really need to make this work once and for all. I am currently just trying to make good choices and reduce the amount I eat at meals (smaller plates, salad first, etc). I tried WW before and I lost about 20 pounds. I have spent lots of money on dieting but no matter how much money I spent, the pounds were still there!
