I have never looked back and I will not eat unhealthy foods again. I simply don't want to. I would like to share with you two books that changed my life and my way of thinking: YOU on a diet by Oz and Roizen and SuperFoods RX by Pratt. I now eat lots of vegetables, fruit, fish, turkey, buffalo, low fat dairy(yogurt & soy milk), cereal high in fiber like Fiber One & Kashi Go Lean. I tell this to you because if you go on a diet and then go off the diet you will lose then you will gain. I also count calories and exercise everyday. I would not go a day without sleep.
