This is my first day here. I have been SEARCHING for a place for support. I have been a lofe-long dieter. I HATE that word. Anyways, I am up again on the scales...let's not mention feeling tired all the time and moody. So I am starting over. I have lost the pounds before, now I need to change my mindset so I can loose it and keep it off. So hello to everyone! I hope I have found a new, supportive, understanding, weight-loss home!

My little goal for today is to not eat anything that makes me feel guilty and to get a little exercise.

Hello.I have never been a member to an online community before, but I thought I would give it a try.I have just decided to go back on a Weight Watchers diet myself.Heaven knows I have all the books, etc.So far I have done well.I started last Friday.I have a lot to lose.Always start a diet and lose for a while, and just quit.I guess I need to find support and stay with the plan. I could get off a few medications if I lost weight-you would think that would be motivation enough!I look forward to chatting with people and learning how they stay motivated and any tips that someone may have.
