This is all new to me. I am not even very good on the computer and right now, I feel very lost. I have been overweight my whole life. I am looking forward to the day that I can be a right weight but I know I need help. Can someone help me. First to know what I am doing and where I am on this sight so I can find some help. The Forums area is where people can post messages and read replies. It's only one of the areas on the 3FC site, but one where you can interact with others.

There are many forums for different food approaches--check out Diet Central, on the main forums page (scroll down to see it). Also there are forums for Support, Support Groups, Dieting with Obstacles, and many more.

The main thing is to find a food plan that is healthy, that doesn't leave you starving, and that you can do as a way of life. I am a calorie-counter myself because that works for me.
