I had a plateau that lasted EIGHT MONTHS recently! I KNOW how frustrated you must be! Here's what helped me: 1) Using Fitday religiously every day to record my calories and exercise helped a lot because I was made aware that I was eating WAAAY more calories than I THOUGHT I had been eating! 2) Drink a lot of water 3) Eat more fiber 4) Eat more often throughout the day 5) Change up your exercise plan. Your body MAY have become too efficient with your current plan 6) Adjust your calories to that of a smaller person. You may still be eating JUST TO MAINTAIN rather than TO LOSE.
