You have definitely taken a first and very positive step on the long bumpy road to better health and fitness by joining us at 3FC. It's a great place for support and friendship. It's also pretty big so take your time and look around. Feel free to jump in and start posting whenever something catches your eye. You will be welcomed with open arms wherever you end up.
