Wink hello hello
hello. my name is pattyann. i am a 31 year old mommy/wife/student living in stuttgart, germany with my wonderful husband and my 2 awesome kiddies. i have lost 14 pounds so far (doing atkins induction) but was feeling really ill, so my physiologist and i decided to try the fat smash plan and i am loving it. have been on phase one for four days now! anyhow, i guess i will update when i have my weigh in on the 10th day. just wanted to say i am really enjoying this forum! thanks.

a few years ago i tried adkins thinking cool! at least i could eat more, but it reeeally didn't agree with my system at all.

i'm doing a more balanced, albeit slower, program, but feel really great.

congrats on keeping going! we're all here for ya.

I was an exchange student a looooooonnnnnnnnnggggg time ago - I spent like 6 months in Renningen near Stuttgart.

on 14 pounds lost!!

I study German at uni, although I'm not terribly good at it! I was supposed to study at Stuttgart Uni for six weeks over summer, but finances wouldn't let me Anyway, what is it like over there? Are you having battles with the tasty beer and sausages? ( I definitely would!)
