Red face New-looking for support
Hi-
I'm very new to this site, but not very new to trying to lose weight. I am a freshman in college, 5'5" and weigh 158lbs. I have been overweight my entire life, and I know I would be SO much happier if I were thin. I have great friends, and am outwardly happy, but on the inside I'm miserable because I do not feel beautiful or attractive. My long term goal is to lose 30 lbs, but I'm not really sure if a weight of 128lbs. is too much or too little, and what a reasonable goal would be. I'm looking forward to being a part of this community and FINALLY losing weight!

Hiya - welcome! We have LOTS of resources here, including a forum for people in college (because it poses such interesting challenges!). Also, since you don't have a whole lot of total lbs to lose, you might want to check out the "Featherweights" forum.
