Hi all! I'm new..come here weighing 131 lbs and 5ft 5'' tall. Not really very big at all..but feel a bit bloated and clothes getting a bit tight!!

Would like to reach 119lbs for the summer..will find it difficult because at a normal weight range for my height (so need plently of support) but could do with going to a lower range. anyone here the same?

I have a weakness for chocolate yum..yes a sweet tooth indeed..
love window shopping..

must do a weekly weigh in on a fri..

Hey,

No matter how much or how little you want to lose, the process is the same.

There is a "Featherweights" forum on the site--not sure exactly where, though.

Be sure you have a plan! You should be able to get those pounds gone by summer, and hopefully you'll also know how to eat differently!
