I actually talked about that in my original typing. That's what got erased, when I spell checked.
Here goes again.
My gym is having a biggest loser competition. There are six area gyms and each gym will have two teams of 5 people. It started on Tuesday and will last for 24 weeks. We work out 3 times a week, as a team, with our trainer.
We have a nutrition session this Saturday, but I started on the South Beach Monday. It's worked for me in the past so I'm going to try it again.
