Well my diet regime is pretty low key. I am really trying to just watch what I eat and eat 5-6 small meals throughout the day. I used to do WW so I am transferring some of that knowledge to this diet. I am also insulin resistant and I have learned a lot from a book on that, so I am trying to balance my carbs and proteins.
Workout schedule: I am a member at curves, so I go there 3 times a week. I am starting to do yoga at home on the days that I don't have curves and I will work my way up from there.
