My name is Trish and I just started WW Flex Plan Friday. I am on the Home Plan and I hope to find others here doing the same. I weighed 220 lbs Friday and my first goal is to lose down below 200 lb mark and my ultimate goal is to lose down to 115 to 120 lbs. So I have at least 100 lbs to lose. I look forward to meeting and getting to know others doing the same.

Hey Trish!

I'm new here, too, and need to lose 50 pounds.

I just started counting carbs, and going to gym 4 times a week, plus a walk around the block every day. It's not much but it's helping.

Do you have kids?

All my children are grown 2 sons and a daughter all live in TX and a step-daughter more like a daughter who lives in FL and a step-son who lives in IN. We are kind a spread out. They range from 33 years old to 45 years old. Together DH and I have 8 grandchildren and 1 great grandaughter.

I too plan to start exercising with my WW plan. I like the Walk Away the Pouns with Sansone. I want to start doing the 30 min tape at least 3 times a week.
