I'm new here and just starting on my 2nd weightloss journey. I successfully lost 45 pounds 5 years ago, but then fell into a clinical depression and, over time, gained it back. After 5 years of learning how to manage my depression, I feel strong enough to get back on the weightloss wagon and this time NOT FALL OFF. I don't think I will ever fall into a depression bad enough to undo all my hardwork again.
So.....here I am, ready to battle the bulge for the last time. I can do it!
