Welcome back. My best advice is just do it. Get on that elliptical or pick up the weights. It is far to easy to just fly through our day without adding in time for a workout. Pick when in the day you are most likely to consistently stick with a routine and start doing it. I get up early every morning just so I can get my workout in. I usually don't have anything pressing that makes me get up early, but I know if I get up and do it then my day will be better overall. It sounds like you have lots of resources, so use one of them today and then repeat tomorrow maybe using a different resource to keep things exciting. You can do this.
