i have been through a substantial weight loss in the past, but have managed to regain most of the weight. i've decided that i am serious about losing weight again, and this time i'm determined to make it permanent.
i'm not subscribing to any particular plan. my weight loss stategy at the moment is to quit drinking soda (even though it's diet), increase water intake, and to gradually eliminate sources of refined sugar. i have a gym membership (in the same building i work in) so i am trying to take advantage of that
more... it is slow going, but i'm trying to get myself used to the change.
my target goal will probably change, but i want to wait until i lose more weight before i decide what target goal is realistic for me.
