Default Hello, I'm new and huge

Hello eveyone,
Looking forward to getting lighter. Tried South Beach. Lost 15 but felt awful. My brain can't handle those low carb or excuse me "right carb" diets. I'm so confused. I went to curves for 2 years and gained 20 . I don't like sweets. Pasta is my favorite and most likely my downfall. I'm trying Shapely Secrets now. It looks and feels like a bunch of bologna. We'll see. In April I'm going to see the REd Sox at Fenway for the first time. I have heard the seats are unbelievably small. My goal is to fit into them somewhat comfortably. Thanks for reading

Hi. I highly recommend the You on a Diet book by Dr. Oz and Dr. Rozen or The Best Life Diet by Bob Greene. They both have a lot of information and are very helpful. I have tried low-carb diets before and I didn't like them either. Now I just try to eat healthy and stay away from white flour, sugar and junk. I have lost 40+ since I started. Also, since Jan. 1 I have exercised every day except 1.
