3 Fat Chicks on a Diet Weight Loss Community

Hi Everyone,
I've gotten over the fact that I'm heavier now than when I gave birth to my last baby. It's quality of life that I want to get back. Some free weights totaling the amount I need to loose are piled up in my basement -have to get my strong sons to bring them up to the kitchen. I have trouble carrying the 10 lb one, I sure don't want to carry around these 65 odd extra pounds any more!

It looks like the Overeaters Anon. forum is where I'll start. I definitely am an emotional overeater. Long standing habits are hard to break without support.

The post I've been reading are beautiful - you all are wonderful. I'm looking forward to giving and recieving support here.

My goal - to be full of joy instead of full of food !
