Hello everyone,
I have been lurking around the boards for the last couple of weeks and have received some great information and read some of the great support you give to each other.
I am divorced, 34 (soon to be 35) and work ALOT. I love my job in Marketing but it is stressful and constantly on the go. I travel quit a bit and over the last 1 1/2 years of this schedule I have gained 10 pounds. I also gianed another 10 pounds being in a relationship that I just got out of. So my two big culprits are travel (exercise and eating like there is no end) and relationships (trying to eat like a man, and they don't usually have the best diets).
In the last 2 1/2 weeks I have lost 2.5 pounds. Realized that I was eating a little bit here and there becuase I wasn't eating enough in my main meals. I am also starting an exercise routine that will progress. I have a tendency to start out full force and get tired and burned out.
So... thank you for all of your information and support. It is always great to log in here and read what is going on. I really like hearing what others are doing to loose their weight. It is also great to know that I am not the only one struggling with weight. The Goal area is always great to keep the motivation.
