Hi Everyone! I am
so happy to have found this site! I didnt even have to lurk very long before I KNEW I needed to sign up!
In the past I have enjoyed and been motivated by being active in the forums for the various plans I have been on (WW ....NS....SI6). But now that I'm going the old fashioned route I felt a little left out with no board to go to
This one seems to be a little bit of everything! Love it!
A little about me:
I'm 24, single, live in a rural area in the midwest. I officially have 90+ lbs to loose, but my first goal is 50 lbs. (Or as close as I can get to by the end of June of this year, thats a safe but strict 2 lbs a week) I will be in two weddings at the end of June and begining of July (yea, thats my idea of a personal ****!) Also, to add to matters, my ex fiance and his new wife will be at both weddings LOL so yea, I'd say there is some motivation there!
My Plan:
I picked up Jorge Cruise 8 Minutes in the Morning plan, and I like it. The eating plan is healthy, more veggies and lean protien (though I wont be following the exact eating plan cause I'm pretty picky) and I enjoy the strength exercises (even I have enough patience for 8 Mintues!) I also am walking for 30 minutes (my treadmill or outdoors) and/or do a few rounds at Curves to suppliment activity.

I also really want a buddy to keep each other accountable - through email, posts here, and/or old fashioned letters.....PM me if you want! ...but I'll post more about that in the proper thread
