Hi everyone, newbie here. If anybody wants to be my weight loss buddy that would be great. I want to lose 50 lbs. I think the reason I'm overweight is because I eat even when I'm not hungry or like I always try to finish my food even if I'm already full. I think that has to do with always being told when I was younger to finish my food. Plus, right now I work and I go to school so I have really crazy eating times. First, I just need to get rid of those bad habits...so I can start losing some weight.
