Default New calorie counter and WATPer--hello to all!
Hi everyone,
I have been lurking for a week or so, and have found this website to be a great resource. I am off to do more reading!

That's great! I hope to keep it slow and steady this time. I do the WATP's 2 mile walk everyday, and have been eating 1400 calories a day. So far so good!
