Default Hi All...
I have tried many times to lose weight but always fail.....so i start after Thanksgiving and i have been so good.....so this is my goal for the new year

28 lbs since Thanksgiving is phenomenal!
Especially considering most people (me included!) gain during the holidays.
I'm new here as well. And trying to lose my first 20 lbs by Valentine's day.
