Just introducing myself. I came across this site while searching for a recipe and I'm glad I did. I never lost my baby weight and my 'babies' are now 6 and 7 years old!! I had a little success with Atkins but bombed out after Halloween and havent recovered yet. But the holidays are over and I'm looking forward to feeling better and getting sugar out of my life. My highest weight was 193 and I am 170 as of this morning. My goal is 140 (pre baby weight)
As far as excercise goes, I enjoy pilates. I walk alot at work and am usually too tired to do any aerobic activity. I also have a total gym, but lack motivation. I hope I can turn it around this year with a little help from 3 Fat Chicks!
