Hi there everyone! My name is Shannon and I am going to give weight loss another try. I have decided to start back on WW at home starting Jan 2nd, which is the day after my vacation ends...lol.
I work a lot of hours a day because my husband is disabled and the 2 major hang ups I have are:
1. Being at work for so many hours stresses me out and I revert back to old habits of eating all day long.
2. My husband does not cook well, and I am too tired to do it when I come home so we eat out a lot, and I really need to learn to have a salad instead of something greasy.
My 3 year old daughter was just diagnosed with aspergers syndrome, so I have decided that I really need to get healthy so I can be the active healthy mother that she needs in order to get past her challenges and be a happy little girl.
Right now I work about 11 hours a day and I come home exhausted, eat, play with her for a bit then go to bed. Let's just say I am always tired and all I want to do is sleep so I am hoping that a new healthy lifestyle will give me more energy.
So hello everyone! I won't officially be starting until January second, I am going to enjoy my vacation and hopefully my point calculator I ordered is here by then.
