Smile Sure I have a 6-pack! - of rolls ... :) new in BC
Hi all. Here I am, new in BC Canada. Well, not new to BC, new to 3FC. I tell ya, I stumbled upon this site and was excited as all get out with the community and support, caring and humor here. So of course I signed up.

I have been dragging around all my extra baggage of poundage ever since the birth of my daughter. Well, she's 15 now and it is getting harder and harder to blame it on her. I once had a waist, I mourn it from time to time. Especially when out shopping. Thank god for Pennington's. Although I am fairly convinced I am sexy as ****, I really am starting to feel the effects of not being overly fit. I have an exercise phobia as well, panick attacks and the whole shebang, so that doesn't help, but am determined to get my but in gear and get moving. Alas the spirit is willing, but the flesh is weak, so I am out here blabbing on and on looking like crazy for some likeminded nutty humans to be accountable together. Life is much easier when you have someone else telling you to get motivated.

So there, in a nutshell, am I. Can't wait to chit chat. Until then - mucho blessings and a Merry Christmas to all.

good to have one blame their extra body weight on their child, my daughter
is 22 and I still havent lost the baby weight. welcome aboard
