Default New to IP

Hello everyone! I'm new to IP. On Day 3 today. I am miserable!!! Any motivation for me?! I want to lose 50 lbs by summer and I feel like I bit off more than I can chew

Oh don't get discouraged - losing weight requires a commitment but it will get so much easier with each passing week.
You can do anythng for a week -- make it thru the first week and you are on your way.

Follow the instructions and come here to ask questions in the Newcomers thread - you will get a lot of personal support.

get a coloring book or go for walks or take up some activity that can fill the times when you just want to feed face.

you CAN do this!!! You WON'T be sorry if you hang in!!!!

Day three is usually the worst day!! Make sure you are getting enough salt, it will help immensely. Keep up on your water too, half your body weight in ounces is the target intake. Tomorrow you will feel better. My coach told me if I was really struggling to eat a hard boiled egg.

Hope some of this info helps, this program is amazing, I lost 50 lbs in four months, so I know it works. (Don't do what I did, and not phase off). Stick with it, you will see results!
