Lunch - same as breakfast (I was on the go so couldn't have soup. Ate this on my way to golf course)
Dinner - 6 oz French dip from Janeva cookbook with 2 cups cauliflower
Snack - chocolate cake (made with IP chocolate drink mix), Healthsmart hot chocolate
Plans for tomorrow
Breakfast - dark chocolate pudding (IP dark chocolate pudding mix)
Lunch - IP cream of chicken soup with 8 oz chicken stock
Snack - chocolate cake (recipe in separate thread using IP chocolate drink mix)
Dinner - finish the last of Janeva French dip with 2 cups cauliflower with 2 cups kale chips with nutritional yeast
It is a recipe book you can order. There are all sorts of great recipes in it with some using the Ideal Protein Packets in the recipes. Some recipes don't use the packets at all. Hope this helps.
