Well, it was confirmed that there was no change in my weight but I did loose an inch in my shoulders but gained an inch in my hips. So maybe I'm retaining some water. I'm still going to try to not get discouraged and fight the good fight.
I am new to 3FC so I can't PM anyone yet. How can I get access to the information on google? Also, have I been added?
Thanks!

Hi All! I'm using my own scale for my personal records for consistency (Mondays). I lost 3.4 lbs Week 2. By the time I saw my coach the next day, she recorded a 4 lb loss.
If it is in the same week -- see the dates at the top of the columns for Weigh In's - just put the number in for the appropriate week. If you go back to your usual WI day, you will have had a longer time since the last Wi, and then a shorter time will have passed when the next WI occurs - but all in all it will be 2 weeks, with 2 WI numbers shown.
If you actually missed the week, put in 0 for the week you missed, and then when you do weigh in and post your results - that number will reflect close to 2 weeks if not an entire 2 weeks.
No problem - we are going for the overall losses between January and the first day of Spring!

Go to the first post in this thread. Go to the Google sheet. I think if you try to enter your name, or WI data a window will open that will send me the request to share with Edit rights. I need your email address to grant the rights. You should be able to follow the prompts to send the request.
This week's WI is 204.4...so my first month on this reboot is not as successful as in was in 2012 (I lost
over 20lb) but hey...its still 15 lb less that I have to carry around.
Had my starting weigh in yesterday - so I can now put accurate numbers into the google doc.
I have my next weigh in on Tuesday which is not quite a full week. I'm not expecting to see much in loss on such a short notice (I start first full IP day today) - but even a pound would make me do a happy dance.
Down 5.6# this week, everyone!!! Woot Woot - my coach was so right with her solution/that I was eating too little. I started eating more and look at that loss, especially during TOM and after a week that I cheated 5/7 days. I'm inspired now to keep on track, follow the solution she found (my head zapping at the top of my head stopped too - apparently that was an indicator I was hungry (not thirsty as I was well hydrated). Woohoo!!!!

I have been SO hoping you would have good results with your coach's guidance -- now just let that cheat stuff go, and you can rock through your weight loss program!!!
I cheated 3 out of the 7 days this week. It was my son's birthday so things were just too crazy. Started back on IP protocol Monday after the week in and on Wednesday's weigh in I only gained 1.6 #s so it could have been worse. Nothing but the straight and narrow until my birthday on the 21st.
Beaka - congrats! You have really been rocking the program! I saw what you wrote in the 2016 starters board about sticking with it the longest out of anything yet - keep it up! I think it so helps when we can see such progress - progress that otherwise would take months and not weeks.

Happy for you It can be discouraging when the scale doesn't drop..particularly when we are 100% AND hungry weeks into the program.
RE: buzzing in head...I get that too! I thought it was from excess fatigue...it start after I suffered a concussion.
Tough week..hungry half of the time...had 2 extra packets this week (low carb ones) and only lost a pound.
Congratulations everyone on your successes!! My first week in maintenance has been a challenge, but I know that it will all come together, just as all 3 prior phases have. This program works if you follow it- It's hard to believe that on the 16th I will have changed my life for the better for a full year- best.decision.ever!!! I hope the you all stick with this- it truly works-and you are worth it!! Remember, as you have to pass something up, it's only temporary and eventually you'll be able to eat things again-(and understand how NOT to put the weight back on) it's worth it! Thanks again for letting me be on the "board" for accountability - Have a great day and remember this- YOU.ARE.WORTH.IT!!!!
