L - Quest Sea Salt Protein Chips, butter lettuce blend with vinegar stevia dressing, 2 cups zucchini cooked in low sodium chicken broth
D - 4 oz ground lamb, 1 scrambled egg, roasted cauliflower and baby peppers, butter lettuce blend with vinegar stevia dressing
normally on IP I would save my snack until after dinner.... today I had to have something so I mixed up the cappuccino drink mix, used about half of it with the cup of coffee.... will have the other half later today - ideally mixed up in the Ninja blender with ice as an after dinner treat....
For newbies - this daily posting of food plan or food eaten is a really smart way to stay on track and get in the habit of logging food intake. You can also see what others are eating, notice their success, and emulate any of the ideas that seem appealing and seem to work.
I hope more IPeeps here on 3FC will get back in the habit of posting here!

L: IP Mock chicken mixed with IP potato plus egg white made into small patties (like nuggets) ate 1/2; salad with IP balsalmic plus 1 cup each peppers and cauliflower.
S; IP cookie bar - ate whole thing because of feeling crappy this afternoon
D; Chicken and Steak Stirfried - I think I am going to make with zoodles.

Sn. Quest double chocolate bar. I know we aren't supposed to use this, but haven't found an alternative. As long as my weight loss is okay I will keep it. I look forward to it all day! So far 7 pounds in 9 days. Better than my first time around.

I am with you on the quest bar - I have had it a couple times this week, too, but I have stayed with rocket fuel items for the other meals that same day, just like you have done, today. The drink mixes (or Quest protein powder recipes) are the most unrestricted... and they complement the most restricted quest bar well enough that I am having good losses so far.

L. IP Capucchino drink mix (in Ninja blender with ice), butter lettuce salad with vinegar/stevia dressing, 2 cups mixed roasted veggies (cauli, mushroom, lil sweeties peppers, elephant garlic)
D. Roast chicken, romaine/butter lettuce salad with vinegar/stevia dressing
S. Quest Sea Salt chips (had them this afternoon when I was feeling need to eat something, and half an IP capucchino drink
