it was a hard weekend for me, had dinner party. did a shrimp boil and I thought I'd be OK, but the dessert got me going and fell out on Sunday. Back on track today, won't give up, it's a long journey. will do this one by Halloween!

hi ! i would like to join the 25 down by halloween challenge if that is okay. i am back on P1 ..lost 80 pounds first time around and was maintaining for a while until i let holidays, busy life and yummy food get in the way. i knew i was going to gain weight back once it started creeping back ...so i am now on day 3 of reboot. feeling pretty good. a mild headache...a tad anxious about being able to complete this second time around but i was 100 % on plan first time..not one cheat in 8 months...so let's see how i do! have a good day everyone.

Second time around with IP good for you!!! Not sure if you've looked into Protidiet and protithin. Great alternatives to IP especially the cost

Default Losing for my wedding

Hi @Aydubs -- I would like to join your challenge for Halloween! I've got a wedding to trim down for and could really use the inspiration of your challenge! I did IP last summer and lost 34 lbs. I have gained about 10-15 back (kept 20-25 off!). Anyway, seriously in it now though have been having some slips ups with celebrations and champagne consumption. Determined to lose 20 for Wedding!

Is it too late for me to join? I rebooted starting last Saturday. I just want to get back in the 180's (hopefully the 170's, but I'm not pushing myself--my lowest before I started gaining back was 177) before Halloween. I love the challenge!

Default I failed Ideal Protein!!! READ Please

i successfully lost 34 pounds and was feeling great, looking grate and everyone noticed. After moving, starting a new job, Etc. I not only gained all of the weight lost, but I am now at my heaviest weight ever. Im 67 pounds heavier and I am disgusted. any thoughts
