My appointment at the clinic is next Wednesday and so my diet will start on the same day. Is anybody starting too this month ?

Started IP July 2014 - lost 82lbs toward goal to lose 90; Restart Nov 2015 to make original goal weight of 150lbs

I started a week ago on Tuesday, and I'm down 5 pounds already! The first couple of days were boring, as far as food goes, but thanks to Pinterest, I'm loving the foods! Absolute best thing: vanilla drink mixed with a cup of black coffee...drink over ice or blend with ice.
I know you didn't ask for recipes, I'm just excited to share lol.
Today was my first weigh in - I lost 3 lbs.
We looked over my food plan. That was when I found out that all the bars are restricted and we can only have one a day. I have been having one of the wafer bars early in the day and one of the other chewy bars at night with my coffee.
I lost 50 lbs. with IP in 2012 and ate 2 bars every day - I had no idea!
Today, when the lady at the clinic, told me that I could only have 1 a day, I felt like a little kid. I wanted to burst into tears. I LOVE my 2 bar days!
I felt hopeless, like I wanted to quit, cause their ain't no way I can stick to this plan if I can't have my 2 bars! Talk about spoiled or what??? I laugh just thinking about how I felt. I told her I will try a pudding at night but If I need a bar, I'm having a bar. I just tried the pudding....AWESOME.....YUMYUM....she gave the great suggestion of having a few IP chocolate balls if I need some crunch.
It turned out to be a good day after all.
Heitina, I need something sweet twice a day too, so I have been having a sweet drink in the AM, and my bar or the apple cinnamon soy puffs or chocolate puffs in the evening after dinner. For the sweet drink, I blend the vanilla or cappuccino drink with a cup of coffee (pre-chilled). To save time, sometimes, I just drink the coffee/vanilla drink mixture over ice in the shaker. This is probably my favorite packet out of everything I've tried. Just throwing this out there
