D: 225g round steak marinated with olive oil, garlic, pepper, and seasalt. 2 cups of sliced zucchini. both on the grill!!! yummmayyyyy

L - chicken noodle soup with broccoli
S - vanilla shake with green tea and ice
D - fritatta made with mushrooms and zucchini, big green salad with WF italian

(just posting quickly - everything adds up correctly)

Am taking lots of RTDs and Quest bars/chips for my 5-day trip. Lots of restaurants in my near future. Am going to try my darndest to not eat anything off-plan, I don't want to lose any of my hard-earned ground!!
